What
Frozen Fairways is hosted by United Way of 1000 Lakes' Small Business Circle (SBC365), an affinity group of small businesses working to lead positive change in the Itasca area. Funds raised are invested in new and ongoing initiatives helping Itasca families achieve financial well-being. Learn more at uwlakes.org/sbc-365.

When
Frozen Fairways Golf Classic
Date: Saturday, February 24, 2024
Time: 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. (with golf taking place 12 - 3 p.m.)
Where: Forest Lake (enter from Blandin Beach, 501 NW 10th Ave, Grand
Rapids)
Entry Fees: $25 per player ($30 per player after February 17)
Hole Sponsorships: $500 each (includes a team for the event)

Golf Ball Drop / Raffles / Silent Auction
Time: 11 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (with ball drop taking place at 3:30 p.m.)
Where: Blandin Beach (501 NW 10th Ave, Grand Rapids)
Cost: $10/ball
Prizes: (1) $500, (1) $250, (2) $100, and (1) $50
Tickets are available for sale leading up to the drop from United Way staff and
members of the Board of Directors and community locations, including North in
Bloom (204 NW 1st Ave., Grand Rapids) and United Way (350 NW 1st Ave.,
Suite A, Grand Rapids).
After Party
Time: 5-7 p.m.
Where: Klockow Brewing Co. (36 SE 10th St, Grand Rapids)

How
An 18 hole "mini" golf course is plowed into the snow on the ice of Forest Lake! Grab a team of 4, put on a crazy costume and bring any tool you would like to use as a golf "club." Your team will each have a tennis ball to use as your "golf ball."
